Free Shipping on all orders to anywhere within the United States!

We now ship Worldwide USPS First Class International Mail for a flat rate of $6.00.  We accept only Paypal as our method of payment for our international customers. 

We will process your order immediately after receiving cleared payment. Please allow 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday, except holidays) for your order to ship. You will receive confirmation when your order ships along with a tracking number.

Should the item you ordered become backordered, you will be notified as soon as possible. In this case, you can either wait for the item, we will keep you posted, or choose to receive a full refund. Unfortunately, backordered items are out of our control, but we do work diligently with our supplier to ship as quickly as it becomes available.

If for some reason you are dissatisfied with the product you receive we will be happy to exchange or refund your money. Following is our exchange / refurn policy:

For refunds or exchanges, all merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in new condition, in original packaging with tags (if applicable).

Please email us prior to returning or exchanging and let us know why the item is being returned. Please ship all items to Feed Jake Pet Mart, P.O. Box 608, Montello, WI. 53949. 

For exchanges:  Shipping both ways is the responsibility of the customer.

For refunds: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A full refund will be issued if all of the above is met, minus the cost of shipping.
